Shout Outs For Success: Checklist for monthly team shout outs
As a team leader in ANY direct sales capacity, our main goal is to make people feel. We tell them the stories of WHY we join, do our best to get them good sales/recruiting tips, disseminate information down from corporate, and, of course, celebrate with them. Our greatest power lies in making them FEEL. We want to shout out and substantiate their efforts AS. MUCH. AS. POSSIBLE. Every time you do that, you give them evidence of their success; and, success begets success.
